Amaal Mallik Congratulates Winner Gaurav Khanna in Bigg Boss 19
Music composer Amaal Mallik, who made it to the Top 5 of Bigg Boss 19, finished his journey in fifth place during the grand finale. After his eviction, Amaal spoke to the media and shared his thoughts on Gaurav Khanna lifting the trophy. Gaurav, widely considered one of the season’s toughest competitors, ultimately emerged victorious on the Salman Khan-hosted reality show.
Amaal Mallik on Gaurav Khanna’s Win
Reflecting on the season and Gaurav’s gameplay, Amaal said that the television actor earned his victory through consistency and strategy.
“Everyone kept asking, ‘What will GK do? Will he win the trophy?’ I think GK played very well. Many people said he was on the back foot, but everyone has their own strategy. Everyone presents themselves differently on reality shows. And he’s been on TV for so many years — he has a bond with the audience.”

“In the end, the winner is the winner — he did great”
The music composer went on to explain that being a familiar face can sometimes make contestants overthink their actions, but Gaurav handled the pressure gracefully.
“No matter what kind of personality someone has, even if they change some things, they’re always thinking about how the audience will perceive them. I understand that pressure. But at the end of the day, the winner is the winner. GK has done well. Big respect and I’m happy for him.”
