Aneet Padda may have been around the industry for a while, but the blockbuster success of Saiyaara transformed her into an overnight sensation. As she gears up for her next big release, Shakti Shalini, the young star has already formed an extraordinarily devoted fan community. Aneet began working in the industry during her teenage years, appearing in ad campaigns and modelling assignments. She stepped into acting with a minor part in Kajol’s Salaam Venky (2022). Her first significant breakthrough arrived with Prime Video’s Big Girls Don’t Cry in 2024, followed by a key role in the 2025 drama series Yuva: Sapno Ka Safar.
However, 2025 marked a monumental turning point in her career with Mohit Suri’s romantic epic Saiyaara. The film became the highest-grossing romantic movie in Indian cinema, earning over ₹580 crore globally. Aneet’s portrayal of a young songwriter suffering from early-onset Alzheimer’s earned her widespread acclaim and positioned her as one of the most promising talents of the new generation.
