As viewers know, Rajan Shahi is the producer of both Anupamaa and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. With Anupamaa’s storyline advancing, an intriguing twist is on the horizon with the introduction of Prem’s family. Previously, Prem claimed he had no family, but soon, the truth will be revealed – his family is wealthy, and he has a strained relationship with them.

This storyline bears a resemblance to Kartik’s backstory in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Kartik, who initially entered the show while working with Naira’s mother, Akshara, also said he had no family. Later, the Goenka family was introduced, and tensions surfaced between Kartik and his father, Manish.

In the upcoming episode, Pakhi criticizes Anupama (Rupali Ganguly), suggesting that a girl like Rahi should be cast out. Anupama, however, counters this sharply, saying that if disowning were an option, Pakhi and Toshu would have faced it long ago. Dolly also confronts Anupama, emphasizing that Toshu and Pakhi are her own children, but Rahi is not. In response, Anupama firmly declares that even if Rahi doesn’t view her as a mother, she will remain devoted, comparing herself to Krishna in Rahi’s life.
