Aryan Khan Gives a Shout Out as Orry & Badshah Recreate Ghante Ka Badshah Moment
Aryan Khan, who recently made a smashing directorial debut with his Netflix series _The Ba*ds of Bollywood_**, continues to see the show’s dialogues trend across social media. One line in particular — Manoj Pahwa’s iconic “Ghante Ka Badshah” during Shah Rukh Khan’s cameo — remains a fan favourite. Now, the dialogue has found new life after Aryan’s close friend, social media sensation Orry, recreated it with rapper Badshah, prompting a playful reaction from Aryan himself.
Aryan Reacts to Orry & Badshah’s Viral ‘Ghante Ka Badshah’ Reel
Aryan took to Instagram Stories to repost Orry’s viral reel. The clip shows Orry striking Shah Rukh Khan’s legendary open-arms pose while Badshah stands beside him, all set to the melodious backdrop of Wo Ladki Jo from SRK’s film Baadshah.
Orry originally uploaded the video with the tongue-in-cheek caption:
“GenZ ka Kajol & SRK.”
The reel also humorously transitions from the text “Orry with Badshah?” to “Orry with Ghante Ka Badshah”, adding to the comedic punch.

Where the Popular Dialogue Comes From
In the series, the line unfolds during a scene where Manoj Pahwa’s character, Avatar, is told that “Badshah” is arriving to meet him. Still irritated from a previous clash with musician Badshah, Avatar assumes the same artist is on his way. When he realises it’s actually Shah Rukh Khan — the true ‘Badshah’ of Bollywood — arriving for the meeting, the misunderstanding triggers his frustrated outburst:
“Ghante Ka Badshah!”
The humorous exchange quickly became one of the most quoted moments from the show.
