Actor Ishu Tomar, who has previously been seen in television shows such as Pukaar and Har Bahu Ki Yahi Kahani Sasumaa Ne Meri Kadar Na Jaani, is all set to make a new entry on Star Plus. The actor has been roped in for Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki, a drama produced by Sandalwood Media.

Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki revolves around the journey of Deepa, a strong-willed mother caught in an oppressive marriage, and Karthik, who brings hope and emotional support into her life, opening doors to a fresh beginning. The lead roles are portrayed by Ankit Raizada and Ashika Padukone. The storyline also explores a dramatic twist of fate involving two baby girls who were exchanged at birth due to Chitralekha’s self-serving decisions.
Earlier in the show, Deepa’s life was marked by constant suffering at the hands of Bhanu, a man who not only subjected her to abuse but also attempted to misuse her hard-earned money to fuel his addictions.
