The popular Sony SAB show Itti Si Khushi, produced by Rose Audio Visuals, is gearing up for a major emotional twist. The storyline, which follows the turbulent life of Anvita (played by Sumbul Touqeer Khan), is set to take a dramatic turn as family tensions rise after the return of her mother, Hetal (Neha Mehta).
