Star Plus’ hit drama Jhanak has achieved a remarkable milestone as the channel extends its runtime to 45 minutes per episode. The rare decision underscores the massive popularity and consistent love the show continues to receive from audiences, cementing its status as one of the most talked-about serials on Indian television.
Adding to this significant change is a major casting update. Actor Rajvir Singh has been roped in to play the crucial role of Rishi, stepping into the shoes of Arijit Taneja. Arijit, who had portrayed the character since its inception, has parted ways amicably due to personal obligations and scheduling conflicts that clashed with the demands of the longer format.
