Mahadev & Sons, the upcoming family drama on Colors TV, is already creating excitement among viewers. The show is produced by Saurabh Tewari under his banner Parin Multimedia, known for delivering hit serials like Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Rangrasiya, Zindagi Ki Mehek, and Pinjara Khubsurti Ka.
Garvita Sadhwani, popularly known for her role as Ruhi in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has been finalized as one of the leads in this new show. She will headline the younger-generation love story, marking an important new phase in her acting career.
According to early reports, Mahadev & Sons will highlight two parallel love stories — one centered on a mature couple and the other on a young pair. Joining Garvita in the younger track are Aasim Khan and Kangan Baruah Nangia. Aasim, currently seen in Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, will play the male lead opposite Garvita, forming a fresh on-screen pairing. Kangan, known for Sab Satrangi and Love J Action, reunites with producer Saurabh Tewari for another significant role.
The mature love story will be led by respected actors Shakti Anand, Sneha Wagh, and Manasi Salvi, adding strong emotional layers to the narrative. Additionally, senior performers Abhay Bhargava and Nishigandha Wad will be seen in key supporting roles.
Reports also suggest that Mahadev & Sons is an official Hindi adaptation of a popular South Indian series, reimagined to suit the sensibilities of Hindi television audiences. With a powerful cast and Tewari’s trademark storytelling style, the show is set to become one of Colors TV’s most anticipated launches after the success of Naagin 7.
