“I had mentioned mental harassment, but the media circulated it using a different term. I have moved past that phase now,” she explained.
Sharing her learnings from the experience, she highlighted how vulnerable new actors often feel on set, especially around directors.
“A newcomer carries a lot of fear, particularly of directors. Respect is important, but you must never allow someone to overpower you to the extent that it invades your personal space or becomes emotionally torturous. Every actor—especially beginners—should learn to take a stand,” Paridhi emphasised.

A Strong Message for Newcomers in the Industry
The actress used the opportunity to deliver a powerful message to fresh talents joining the entertainment world. She encouraged them to be fearless and vocal if they ever feel mistreated.

If you sense even a hint of harassment or feel you’re being treated unfairly, it is absolutely your right to express it and bring it forward. There is no reason to stay silent or afraid,” she asserted.
