After the blockbuster success of Animal, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is teaming up with superstar Prabhas for his next mega project, Spirit. As per a recent report by Mid-Day, the film will reportedly conclude with an intense cliffhanger — much like Animal’s shocking finale that teased the upcoming Animal Park.
A source close to the production revealed that Spirit could mark the beginning of a larger cinematic universe. “The team is working on a storyline that builds around Prabhas’s cop character. This ambitious cop drama will see Prabhas in two distinct looks, both carefully tested and finalised by the team. The film will also feature Triptii Dimri, who came on board after Deepika Padukone’s exit amid earlier controversy. Shooting is expected to begin in February 2026, following the release of Prabhas’s upcoming film The Raja Saab in January.
