In a recent conversation with Zoom, Raashii looked back on a phase of her career that left her both surprised and reflective. She recalled delivering three back-to-back ₹100 crore films, yet still experiencing unexpected gaps while waiting for roles that matched her creative ambitions.
Sharing her thoughts, the 120 Bahadur actress said, “There was a time when I had three consecutive ₹100 crore films, but that didn’t automatically open new doors. It was confusing. There were moments when I enjoyed big successes, yet I had to wait for the right script. And then there were times when, after a flop, I received even better offers. Raashii also noted that her career graph often differs from others in the industry. “Some actors see one hit leading to another project and so on. My journey has been different. Sometimes even if my film doesn’t perform well, people still see potential in me and cast me. Despite these inconsistencies, Raashii maintains a balanced and mature outlook toward her career. She explained, “I’ve emotionally detached myself from the idea of success and failure. A hit doesn’t boost my ego, and a flop doesn’t shake my confidence. At this stage, box office numbers don’t influence me the way they once did. What matters is staying committed to my craft and giving every role my absolute best. That’s the only thing within my control.”
