Shah Rukh Khan made a grand return to cinema in 2023 with Pathaan, a film that not only broke box-office records but also reignited the YRF Spy Universe. Now, new buzz suggests that the superstar might reprise his role as the iconic spy in Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh’s much-awaited action thriller Alpha. And if reports are to be believed, Salman Khan could also appear alongside him as Tiger — setting the stage for yet another epic crossover.
SRK and Salman to Appear in Alpha?
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, Yash Raj Films has approached Shah Rukh Khan to make a special appearance in Alpha, which marks the next chapter in their spy franchise. However, SRK has reportedly asked for a little time before confirming his participation, as he is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film King. If things work out, he is expected to appear either in a crucial scene or in a high-impact post-credit sequence.
The same source hinted that Salman Khan might also be brought on board to reprise his role as Tiger — but only if the makers feel the cameo adds as much weight to the story as his memorable appearance in Pathaan.

Alpha is the seventh film in the YRF Spy Universe and is being directed by Shiv Rawail. The movie promises to introduce audiences to two fearless intelligence agents, played by Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh. Alongside them, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor will be seen in significant roles.
