Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor has finally broken her silence on her long-rumoured professional collaboration with boyfriend and writer-filmmaker Rahul Mody. During an online interaction with fans, the actress confirmed that the two will officially team up for a film — marking their first project together as a couple and as creatives.

In a clip from the live chat that is now circulating widely, Shraddha revealed that she has already wrapped one film, though the makers have not yet made the project public.
“I’ve already finished shooting for one film. The team hasn’t announced it yet, so I can’t share much. But the announcement will come very soon,” she said.
What she could freely discuss was her next confirmed project — Rahul Mody’s directorial. “It’s set in the universe of start-ups. The story is rooted in hustle culture. For me, it’s a completely new kind of character — very challenging,” she said.
Shraddha’s New Approach to Choosing Projects
The actress further opened up about a conscious shift in her career choices. She shared that she no longer wants to pick roles that feel passive or predictable.

Shraddha to Voice Judy Hopps in Zootopia 2
Alongside her upcoming live-action projects, Shraddha will also lend her voice to Judy Hopps in the Hindi version of Zootopia 2. The animated sequel, directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, is set to release in India on November 28.
Expressing her excitement, Shraddha shared, “She is feisty, courageous, enthu cutlet aur cute toh hai hi… bachpan se beloved character.”
The original Zootopia (2016) won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, making the sequel one of the most anticipated animated releases of the year.
