Ahmed shared,
“Suniel is playing the same character from Awara Paagal Deewana — Yeda Anna — but with a new spin. He’s got that charm and comic energy that audiences loved, and we’ve added a little extra edge this time around.”
The filmmaker added that the film will highlight the same hilarious persona that fans adored, saying,
“You’ll get to see the same fun, witty, and unpredictable Yeda Anna that everyone remembers, but with a modern touch.”

Khan further revealed that the film will showcase an entertaining trio — Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar, and Arshad Warsi — whose on-screen banter is expected to be one of the highlights of the movie.

“Suniel has always been part of the Nadiadwala family. When we told him we wanted him to reprise Yeda Anna, he was thrilled. Initially, he wasn’t keen on doing comedy again, but when he heard the concept, he immediately agreed and said, ‘If this is the role, I’m all in!’”
