Her stylist, Riddhima Sharma, has publicly alleged that Tanya has not cleared her styling dues and has even shown unprofessional behaviour toward her team.

Stylist Claims Outstanding Payments and Disrespect

Riddhima Sharma took to Instagram to share a video of Tanya’s interview, adding a detailed note alleging that despite her extensive support, she was met with “attitude” and non-payment.

Riddhima wrote:

“I have supported Tanya in every interview — my bytes, voting videos, supporting clips — everything was for her. But the same clothes I sourced are now being met with attitude. And let me clarify: there is a big difference between a designer and a stylist. I am the stylist. For an entire week, every saree and lehenga came from me, and they were all expensive pieces. You can check the brands yourselves.”

According to her, Tanya has not even returned the outfits:

“Nothing has been returned till now. They loved every outfit but not once appreciated it. Now she’s making faces and talking about tailors and designers? What an attitude. They call me ‘their team,’ but they didn’t even invite me to Mumbai. I was doing all the sourcing from my end.”

Riddhima also alleged that Tanya’s team threatened withholding payments:

“One team member even told me, ‘If today’s saree doesn’t arrive, the payment won’t be made.’ What kind of behaviour is this?”

Last-minute Requests and Out-of-Pocket Expenses

The stylist described how Tanya’s team frequently expected quick arrangements at impossible timelines:

“They had to go to Siddhivinayak Temple at 1:30 PM, and I got a call at 11 AM asking for an outfit. Still, I arranged everything within an hour. Even the delivery charges were paid by me. At least show some respect to stylists, tailors, and designers.”

She further shared that:

• Tanya’s weekly outfit budget was ₹50,000

• The blue lehenga worn during the Siddhivinayak visit cost ₹58,000

• Despite sending costly garments, Riddhima claims she charged very minimally

Riddhima added:

“When I said I couldn’t source today because I am in another city, she replied, ‘If today’s outfit doesn’t come, then the payment won’t come at all.’ Within 10 minutes, she sent the 50k for the week, but what about the pending payments? Two Weekend Ka Vaar outfits were mine — where are those payments? For the Grand Finale, I even styled her brother — where is that payment?”

Concluding her post, the stylist expressed disappointment:

“I did my job on time, every single time. This attitude shows everything. Well done, Tanya and team. God bless you all. Much respect to every designer, tailor, and stylist out there.”
