Colors TV continues to expand its fiction slate with back-to-back launches and fresh concepts. After creating massive buzz with the grand premiere of Naagin 7, the channel has been steadily strengthening its lineup. Recently launched Mahadev & Sons has added to the momentum, while upcoming projects like Dr Aarambhi by Malhar Content Creators and Mounraagam – Gungunati Khamoshi from Rashmi Sharma Telefilms are already generating curiosity. According to exclusive information, popular television actor Vijayendra Kumeria has been finalized as the male lead. Vijayendra, who is currently seen in Jagriti Ek Nayi Subah, has reportedly signed this new show even before his ongoing project wraps up. Jagriti is expected to conclude its run soon, making this a smooth transition for the actor.
Joining him as the female lead will be Eisha Singh, who is presently part of Naagin 7, where she essays the role of Ananta. Sources indicate that her character’s journey in the supernatural series is nearing its end, paving the way for her to step into an entirely new role under the Rose Audio Visuals banner.
Both Vijayendra and Eisha were approached for a confirmation, but no response was received at the time of filing. Queries sent to the production house and the channel spokesperson also remained unanswered.
With a strong lead pair and a reputed production house backing the project, this upcoming Colors TV show is already shaping up to be one of the channel’s most anticipated launches.
