Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari Wagh have wrapped up the first shooting schedule of filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming film, reportedly titled Yeh Prem Mol Liya. The project marks an interesting new phase for the actor, who will be stepping into the iconic Barjatya hero mould as Prem — a character traditionally associated with warmth, sincerity, and strong family values.
Speaking about the experience, Ayushmann shared his admiration for Sooraj Barjatya’s work ethic and personality. Despite being one of the most successful filmmakers in Hindi cinema, the director’s grounded nature left a strong impression on the actor. He explained that while content-driven films like Andhadhun and Article 15 remain close to his heart, he equally values mainstream entertainers that allow him to reach a wider audience.
